USA
Liberty answers to our most common questions...
How hard
is it (really) to switch from my current ISP to USA Liberty?
Joining USA
Liberty is actually pretty straightforward. These are the steps we recommend:
1. Call us or fill out the online form to get your account set up.
2. Install and run the USA Liberty dialup program (this can be downloaded
for immediate access or we can send you a CD).
3. Once you're online, simply send an email to everyone in your address
book letting them know of your new USA Liberty email address. You also
might want to check out a service that will forward your emails at re-route.com
4. Most importantly (and this is the fun part), you get to call your old
ISP and say 'Hasta la vista, baby!'
5. Finally, you'r ready to hit the open road with USA Liberty!
Is there
any way that I can create an email address customized to me or my small
business?
Absolutely!
USA Liberty can help you set up an email address and domain totally customized
by you (as long as no one els has it of course). For example, you could
have an email address that would be 'yourname@yourdomain.com'. Give us
a call or send an email and we can explain the details to you.
What kind
of guarantees do you have that I'll be satisfied with USA Liberty's internet
service?
We have worked very hard to put together a network
and the associated support systems to provide our customers with the best
possible service at affordable rates. We continue to focus
on supporting our customers and helping them any way we can. However,
we have been in the internet business for a long time, and understand
that, despite everyone's best efforts, sometimes things can go wrong.
We therefore hold ourselves to the same standards that we expect from
the companies we do business with. So if you do experience chronic problems
with your service, or in some way determine that the service you get from
us is unacceptable, we will release you immediately from any future obligation
you have to us. The only thing we ask is that you let us know
if you are having any problems so that we have an opportunity to fix them.
This page
is continuously under development. Pleas let us know if you have any other
questions that have not been addressed here.
